Friends Table in Wack. HELP!!, >.< Options

Okay this is the first time I have ever had this problem. I want to know how to fix my friends space. I didn't have the problem till I added a new friend, so it want like that when I just had one friend...

Here are things I tried.
- Removing the picture re-size code (added it back because it still did it)
