help on layout Options

alright, i was wondering if anyone could possibly help me on this layout i've been working on; the table at the bottom used to be bigger and all the text, comment box, friends, etc., that has shifted to the right used to be in that table (the one that includes my extended network). how can i get it back to that state? my myspace url is www.myspace.com/samithy and here's my code, sorry i'm fairly new at this:
