Oh gosh, guys.
 Make sure you use ones with applicators. Start with the light ones. Tampax makes really nice plastic ones... use the light days. They're purple. Make sure you put it in far enough. The boxes have little directions on them. Don't try to use them for the first time in a public bathroom or anything. Use them first at home and make sure you give yourself enough time. If you can fill it you either put it in wrong or your flow isn't heavy enough to warrant using one. |
