I have this friend that I have known for 13 years. We used to be best friends but for a while I have known that I can't stand her. She comes to hang out but all she does is flirt with my guy friends and my fiance. She always tries to one up me. She brings people I she knows I don't like over to my house ALL THE TIME. Everything she does irks me, but most of all I HATE it when she tells me what she is going to do. It wouldn't bother me if it was something I wanted to do.
She will be outside MY house and tell me "We are coming in" "we are going to eat" "I'm using your shower" "I'm borrowing this", or she will be in MY car tell me "We are going to the mall". BITCH, THIS IS MY SHIT I CALL THE SHOTS AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT GO THE FUCK HOME.

I want a polite way to tell her that if she asks I might not hate her so much, but I don't even have the heart to tell her I hate her since I am one of her only friends.

because I feel exactly like you do.
someone you hate when you are away from them, then suddenly like them when they are face to face with you. someone you want to cut out of your life, but can't seem to, until some huge fight ends it.

well, thats what happened to me.

i honestly believe you can't change this person, so if you can't stand them at their worst, distance yourself from them
