I'm really into Assholes, yeah Options

So apparently, I'm really into assholes. It isn't even the bad boy, good guy thing, either.

Example 1:
I have this friend who's one of those guys that you'd love as a friend but would never date, mainly because you know that he enjoys sleeping around and if you ever did anything with him, it'd either be a hook up or your heart would be broken in a few weeks or months. I knew this. We've had conversations about how he's planning to screw 365 different girls before he graduates from college (gross, I know) and how he loves watching pterodactyl porn. He's even had a one night stand with a good friend of mine! We're not exactly close friends, but we've got our own way of talking to each other and he has no problem walking into my room at 3am looking for food.

I think it all started when my roommate walked into the room really late at night and found us fighting over something stupid and mentioned that we should skip the whole dating process and just get married and at the time, I just threw a pillow at her. But, ever since then, I think I've started seeing him differently and I really, really hate it. I've considered hooking up with him to see if it was just a little infatuation that needed to be sated, but that thought alone kind of irks me.

Example 2:
And then there's this other guy that I'm uber-attracted to for the sole reason of... I have no clue why. He's my friend's roommate and my first impression of him is him walking into his room (I was talking to my friend, the roommie) in a towel, looking around and noticing me, smirking, then whipping the towel off as he announced "I'm naked!" It was kind of awesome.

About him: every single weekend he downs 15-20 beers (his tolerance is incredibly high after years and years of drinking), even during the week, he's constantly getting drunk, and he's got an awful history with girls. He treats girls like shit: he'll have sex with you and will KEEP having sex with you until you become attached, then he'll proceed to go on to the next girl behind your back and treat you like the dirt under his sneakers.

And yet, here's me, knowing he's an ass but still knowing that after a few drinks or so, I would totally jump him (I apparently almost have, too).

Example 3:
High school shit that I will not bother dredging up again.


I don't know what's with me. I mean, these guys are attractive, but they're not better looking than a lot of nice guys I know. There's nothing about them that earns them ANYTHING in my book, and here I am, still finding myself mildly crushing on them.

Am I the only one?

even though you know there ass holes, you still like them until they end up doing the same shit they do to the other girls =/
