my bf + I, ah the confusion Options

ok so here's the story, I've been dating this guy for about 2-3 weeks now (he asked me out the night we chilled last).. and we've only hung out together once since we've been going out.. We kept making plans, but something would always come up, and he couldn't make it. He'll disappear for like 3-5 days straight, no phone calls, no e-mails, no IMs.. nothing. Yeah, he has a job, but for 7 days a week, and can't even pick up the phone and make a phone call? c'mon now..And then he comes back saying the same ol' stuff, "I'm so sorry, I'm trying the best I can, I'll try harder to see you" blah blah blah. The thing is, out of all of this stuff that he's been telling me, he has the nerve to tell me "I love you", ESPECIALLY when it's really early in the relationship.. So I'm asking for advice... What should I do about his little disappearing acts? and the fact that I don't see him anymore?

just talk to him about it. and plan ahead.

tell him, that if he doesn't spend time with you then, you should just be friends. he'll get a reality slap from that.
