I was just thinking about this. If you take the right approach at contacting tribal civilizations it must be pretty easy to convince them to switch to a Christian religion. I mean, think about it. Alot of the tribes that you hear about have evil spirits and are constantly fearing for their lives. Believing that there's a God that loves you unconditionally, I don't think it would be very hard to accept it.
Your thoughts? This is not a detate, and if you see it as one then put it there. |

Hm. I think I have a slightly different point of view. Tribal/uncivilized groups and people are what is geographically known as folk culture. I learned in my human geography class not too long ago that folk cultures are often unwilling to change their lifestyles, religion, etc because mainly they want to preserve it so much. Sure, there's been much conversion of religions and such with all kinds of country invasions, and I'll have to agree with you there. But this idea of folk culture just kinda came to my mind.
