Finding Friend ID Options

i followed the instructions for pasting a new layout but i dont understand the bit wher it says

replace the XXXXXXXX's with ur friend id

what and wher are the xxxxxxxx's???

i think i am an idiot.... i dont see any XXXX's or YOU FRIEND ID HERE..
