In the book Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Dudley and Harry get attacked by dementors.
But the series explains how Muggles are not able to see dementors, yet Dudley does. JK Rowling never explains this in the 6th or 7th book. can anyone explain this? |

Dudley never saw the dementors, he felt them. When he and Harry returned to the house, he was convinced that Harry had been the one who was making him feel the way he did. Remember? Uncle Vernon was going to kick Harry's ass?
Aunt Petunia was the one who explained what a dementor was. |
