I've had them since I was maybe fifteen or sixteen. In 2006, my doctor wrote me out a prescription for Rizatriptan and they went away for a long time.
Now they're back with a vengeance. Some days they're so bad I have to fight back nausea all day long. I have no health insurance right now, so I can't visit the doctor, and I've taken about six hundred bottles of OTC for migraines.
Any suggestions?

Uh oh... if you've taken that much medication for it and they're still as bad, or worse, then you really should get it checked out. Get medical insurance, or save up a bunch of money, whatever. It could be a neurological problem. Hopefully it's not, but migraines are some of the most common symptoms.

How much water do you drink? I know when I don't get enough, I get some pretty vicious migraines, the kind where you actually throw up and you hear your heart beat in your head. I went to the doctor, and it was because I'm severely dehydrated.
