The WGA strike is ruining almost every night…everything on tv seems to be a rerun! I hope that there are some good shows coming out in January or else I’m going to have to watch old seasons of Friends all over again.

^ My friend is going to New York next month and she was really worried about that. Thing is, though, is that aren't the scripts the same as they've always been? couldn't Broadway live without the writers for a few shows?

The scripts are the same, but most of the actors are just on strike to show support for the writers. Some shows are still on, but some shows are off. My friend has tickets to see Wicked in a few weeks, and she's not sure if it's going to be playing. |
