Gossip Girl, Working layout. Options

Okay, so my friend who is obsessed with GG, told me to make a layout. I gave it a try. I haven't made layouts in awhile so yeah...... This one is very vibrant in colors and the banner is kind of big. I hope it's NOT TOO big. =/


I need some C&C before I continue it. I really suck at choosing fonts. lol. Also, would you use it?

I dunno how to thumb. LOL.

As you can see, below the title text, thats where the main content is going to be at. The white box next to it (not sure if you can see it), thats where the navigation and side content.

Personally, I think that the Gossip Girl font is very nice and suits it very well. The picture seperation is unnecessary, really. The Penn Badgley in the far right on the red background is very out of place with all the other text. I would remove all the words on the top right corner picture because it's not needed since on the picture of their feet under the top left picture, their names are already there.

Other than that, I think that the pictures are very vibrant and bright. Not too bright, just enough. It looks very good, other than the fact on what doiink said about cutting the text and moving it, just cut it, the Gossip Girl text is very nice and suits it very well. Good job.

Oh, and here is an idea. Where it says Gossip girl in the small text in the middle of the big text, you should put "you know you love me" instead of Gossip girl so tiny, since their is already Gossip Girl written big. Sorry if that was confusing.
