but... i've noticed alot of ppl have personal websites do they come free or at a price?? and any suggestions on which one i should use?? |

You buy a domain name first (smajere.com /smajere.co.uk / smajere.net etc) and then you see about who's gonna host your pages. Could be an external host, or you could use your own server to do it. That's as far as I understand it. |
