Linking an Image Options

I'm trying to link this image: http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/4484/contactaddgh0.png as a replacement for my contact table.

May I ask what the code is in order that when you click the above image, it takes someone else to add me as a friend?

I tried this code, but all I got was little question marks in the place of the image: <a target=”_blank” href=”http://HERE IS WHERE YOU PASTE THE ADDRESS OF WHAT YOU WANT IT TO LINK TO”><img src=”http://PASTE THE ACTUAL IMAGE LOCATION HERE”></a><br>

must've been the quotation marks. target=_blank lets you open up a new window/tab when you click the link. i revised the link you gave.
