You know how people can manipulate the color of the eyes in Photoshop?
Well, I'm trying to get the eye to look like that .. white wolfish eyes? I don't know how to describe it, but I tried googling it and got nothing. Does anyone know a tutorial? |

It gives that glowing effect. I think it looks really intense... not exactly realistic, but still pretty chill. |
