Does any one know how I can make a gif where I can pit a bunch of pictures and then they flash one right after another?

gimps is free and works pretty good. i dont do animation anymore (dont know why) but just make your base, go to filters>animation>optimize for gif and make your frames, set the length, ect, you know the drill.
