So, who actually watches it? I usually just tune in from time to time to see some random floats. I actually payed attention for once this year because I wanted to see my float.

I don't know shit about football. My friend and I were trying to work out which bowl UGA was in, and I said the Rose Bowl because I knew it existed, but then I caught myself because I thought that was in California, and the game was in New Orleans, but my friend couldn't really say because she had no idea whether the Rose Bowl was in California, but kind of thought it was in Texas.

I watched the parade a couple of years ago because a nearby band was in it, and they're amazing. Actually I think that was Suzzette's band, hahahah.... There's also the Sugar Bowl and the Peach/Chik-fil-A Bowl. The latter is in Georgia which would be why I know about it, and I felt obliged to figure out what bowl my school was playing in today, which is why I now know of the former. The whole bowl thing just makes no sense. Apparently there's a Humanitarian Bowl too, which could not be a worse name. But the whole National Championship thing was really confusing... |
