The WGA strike is ruining almost every night…everything on tv seems to be a rerun! I hope that there are some good shows coming out in January or else I’m going to have to watch old seasons of Friends all over again.

I think these writers are taking it a bit too far. I understand their frustration, but enough is enough already. I say the people just bring in new writers and keep everything going.

I think these writers are taking it a bit too far. I understand their frustration, but enough is enough already. I say the people just bring in new writers and keep everything going. As much as I understand the frustration of not having new episodes of our favorite shows on, I am 100% behind the writers on this. Face it, we wouldn't have ANY tv (other than reality tv) if it weren't for the writers. They deserve a cut of what they are asking for. With the direction media is heading in (online viewing and such), if they do not make waves now and get their fair share, a lot could be lost on their end. Maybe I am being overly sympathetic, but it is just my opinion on the matter. |
