After a full year of a relationship, the one time I don't procrastinate on a gift, the goddamn Christmas gift becomes utterly irrelevant because they one time I didn't procrastinate I got dropped for another guy (about whom she's now being indecisive, but that's another story you don't need to be bothered with), leaving me to think:

The ring is not just a ring. It's a symbol. Giving a ring you bought for your significant other whom you loved to your new girlfriend, is a huge sign of disrespect in my opinion.
