Okay so I got this new top of the line MP3 player for Christmas...
Its a Philips SA60 8 GB.
So,my computer only has regular Windows XP, And it says its only compatible with Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Windows Vista.
Everytime I try to download service pack, It goes through and doesnt work.

Does anyone know anyway to get around this or anyway to help me because the computer wont even detect the Mp3 player, And just to let you know It's like really pissing me off! :]

Please Help!!
Im begging youuu!

It gave me less hassle. It probably depends on the person's computer.

Have you look into it yet? Have you found a number? That's probably the best thing you can do anyway.
