You know how people can manipulate the color of the eyes in Photoshop?
Well, I'm trying to get the eye to look like that .. white wolfish eyes? I don't know how to describe it, but I tried googling it and got nothing. Does anyone know a tutorial? |

the dodge tool lightens up the color
usually for a zombie effect, i just fill the eye with white and blur it a little. looks like this
