I've just had to cancel some last minute Xmas shopping because I got severe chillblains all over my feet and legs when I was walking down to the town. I have very poor circulation and low blood pressure so chilblains are a regular and painful occurance for me.
Does anyone else suffer from chilblains? |

I don't think I would call it chilblains but I think I know what you're talking about. I usually get those when I'm walking outside with flats on in -10 degree weather.
