I don't remember what the reason was for not allowing flash layout submissions, but whatever.
It'd be cool if cB could have some customizable flash layouts. Here's an example of a site that has these: click. Unless there was some uber important reason we didn't have flash layouts, I think they'd give us another edge.

I hate that website
 But whatever. I'm just not really into flash, and I never thought there was any reasons why you couldn't submit flash if you wanted to?
