Well, it's not the worst :)
The pictures bug me. It would have been better if you'd blended them, then MAYBE, just maybe, and a couple of those stars around the outside. The font repeated twice is a bit of a turn off - plus you could've chose a better one. With a bit of work you can turn this into something good. Good luck!
