Does anyone know if there is a tutorial that teaches you how to change the color of your photos to look something like this?

CB has a Graphic Help forum, but not to worry, it'll be moved. :]
You can use the Selective Coloring feature (Image > Adjustments > Selective Coloring) if you have Photoshop as well as color layers. What program do you use? |
