I'm an amateur sewer and I go on this forum called craftster.org. One there is an amazingly simple pattern (one seam) for a dress. Anyone up to make it with me (eventually)? Ever heard of convertible dresses? There's a beautiful version by this company but it sells for 300+ dollars. http://www.twobirdsbridesmaid.com/ Would you guys buy one? I think it's a good investment. Or if those who are needle-savvy, would you go make one now? |

If done the right way, I think it's a good idea for Bridesmaids dresses.. I like the one from twobirdsbridesmaid. I wouldn't get one just for my own wearing because I would probably only wear it one or two ways.. plus it would get pretty boring, wearing the same fabric every time.
