Okayy, haha, I've been wondering this for years noww, but yea.
So what if a girl who's 14 [freshman] goes out with a guy who's a senior that's turning 18 soon? Would just that be illegal? Or if they kiss it would, etc? Or just sex? hahaha. Because ionno, since 18s arent considered minors anymore, so would that person be considered a pedophile or something? Rofl. |

firsttt it depends on where u are. in texas, thers no laws what so ever on this.. thats what i HEARDD. but yeah the second he / she is 18, they are considered an adult. so u cant have intimate relations with a minor.. (well u can but if somehow the law gets involved ur f**ked) so ur better off waiting :).. or moving on if secks is what u want. gg. edit: age is a number, of course.. people will have their opinions on it.. but if u and ur bf/gf love each other then so be it. but dont get caught by the popo or the parents.. edit again f**k: just remember when u deal with a minor his or her parent has "ownership" over that person. so even if u had sex with them and it was consensual, her parents can charge u. i study law :) i r smart. lawl |
