Okayy, haha, I've been wondering this for years noww, but yea.
So what if a girl who's 14 [freshman] goes out with a guy who's a senior that's turning 18 soon? Would just that be illegal? Or if they kiss it would, etc? Or just sex? hahaha. Because ionno, since 18s arent considered minors anymore, so would that person be considered a pedophile or something? Rofl. |

It's not illegal. I think it's still classified as statutory rape if they have sex, but you can't really rape the willing.
