Hello people of createblog, i thoguht i let you guy's/girl's know that theres someone on myspace claming the artwork of artiest from this site and deviantart which i know is a big community, i wouldn't of really cared about her doing but she's useing the work to get jobs to make money so she's show caseing the artiest from here and deviantart.com to make money.

You don't need to pay to copyright anything. To patent something, sure - but not to copyright.
Anything you create by dint of hard work, reasonable judgement and/or effort is instantly protected by copyright law. You don't even need to put the little '©' on work to make it copyright. Just because something is posted in the so-called 'public domain' does not mean it becomes public property. I hold the legal and moral rights to every single one of my creations; as does anyone in a similar position. Only ideas are not protected. |
