How do you tell someone you really care about that you're no longer happy in the relationship?

You sit down with them and talk to them. It's going to be hard to sit there in the silence and bring yourself to say what needs to be said, but keep in mind that staying in this relationship is only hurting them more. So if you really care about them then you should just come out and tell them that you no longer want to be in the relationship anymore because your not happy.

Why is that your not happy anymore? If you confronted them and were willing to try and fix the problems would you want to stay in the relationship?

The thing is, I don't think he will ever be willing to fix his problems.

Just by you saying that tells me that you still want to be with him, and there's still that chance he could change, just remember, if you leave him, be prepared to never see or talk to him again.

There are ways to work things out, it just takes more work than saying,"It's over" and regretting it later. It's just so easy to walk away, why do you think divorce rates are so high?
