I just finished reading a 10 page debate on it, and it was interesting, so i would like to hear what your views on it are.
I would like to keep this somewhat unviolent, so if you have something rude to say, please keep it to yourself. heres my story. I was a vegetarian for 11 months, im 13.[youngstfuz], and my body couldnt handle it. I kept getting sick week after week after week, and i was losing weight rapidly, and becoming unhealthy. Yes, i ate my green vegetables, and plenty of beans and rice milk for iron/protein, all that stuff. I dont know why, but i am slowly easing back into a meat diet, i try not to eat it alot, just enough to keep me alive and healthy. views/comments? |

there are a good deal of vegans that don't have health problems. it's not impossible to take on an alternative diet and be healthy at the same time. if you just google vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, or whatever the hell celebrities, you'll find plenty of people who've chosen something different.
granted, we don't have personal trainers, dietitians, nutritionists, and etc. looking after us, but it's not impossible. nguoicasison... do some damn research before you even start to try thinking on your own. edit; also for the love of vegetables, not everyone who chooses an alternative diet does it because they love animals - not that i don't love animals. i'm just saying, somehow that turned out to be a common misconception. |
