why the eff do we call it common sense when i can guarantee you half of the population doesn't have it? mellow.gif

^ Because it's a time wasting activity. When you're wasting time you don't want to think of complicated things. Wasting time is when you rest your brain.

As far as this topic, it's just a saying. Why do people say "it's raining cats and dogs"? It's something that you can't measure, so it doesn't matter. What's common sense to one person isn't common sense to the other person.

You took the words right out of my mouth. It IS "common sense" to know some things, but to others it's far from common sense.
All a matter of opinion.
