View on vegetarianism/veganism, idk if there's another topic on this but.. Options

I just finished reading a 10 page debate on it, and it was interesting, so i would like to hear what your views on it are.
I would like to keep this somewhat unviolent, so if you have something rude to say, please keep it to yourself.
heres my story.


I was a vegetarian for 11 months, im 13.[youngstfuz], and my body couldnt handle it. I kept getting sick week after week after week, and i was losing weight rapidly, and becoming unhealthy. Yes, i ate my green vegetables, and plenty of beans and rice milk for iron/protein, all that stuff. I dont know why, but i am slowly easing back into a meat diet, i try not to eat it alot, just enough to keep me alive and healthy.

Nono, not tofu, i agree by itself it is quite..plain..
but soy is abit different when its made into the mock chicken and beef, its quite good

Oh ok, you mention tofu. So you meant tofu and soy together and the other stuff you mention?
