Marquee Friends, Cant seem to do it |

I'm trying to do a Vertical 8 friend scrolling marquee space about 75px(width) by 400px(height).
But every coding i find never works can anyone direct me to a code or even better give me the code?? Thanx

my point was just add the direction. if you didnt apply it correctly, that's really not my fault. there's really no need to pin point who helped you and who didnt. we're all trying to help here. honestly.
