Alright, after looking at my old work in high school i feel like going back and starting up again. My favorite medium to use are oil pastels and i have gone through a lot of different types because i didn't like how it went on the paper and ease, etc.
What are your favorite oil pastels? i can't remember any brand names so i don't know what i used before. |

I rarely use oil pastels, but from what I have used, the best colors and finer textures came out of Van Gogh and Sakura Cray Pas Expressionist. There are other brands out there that are much harder to find such as Sennelier, so I wouldn't suggest them.
Try here for Van Gogh, if you're interested. http://www.dickblick.com/zz200/63a/ |
