Hello people of createblog, i thoguht i let you guy's/girl's know that theres someone on myspace claming the artwork of artiest from this site and deviantart which i know is a big community, i wouldn't of really cared about her doing but she's useing the work to get jobs to make money so she's show caseing the artiest from here and deviantart.com to make money.

I find that an email worded delicately to insinuate the possibility of legal action always tends to work best; particularly against hosted sites or ISP's.
I've seen a lot of copyright issues being brought up around here; would anyone like me to write a pinned topic stating exactly what copyright is, how you prove it, what it entails, what a designers' rights are, etc? |
