Am I the only one who can indeed live without a cellphone? Options

I have one, but I don't use it unless I absolutely HAVE to. However, there are some people who can't live without their cellphone or live without talking on their cellphone every second of their life! I just don't see the addiction that they hold on some people. It's just a phone!

I think it would be fun to know one of those cellphone obsessed people. I would like to put one of them in a room with no way to escape, take away their phone, give them paper and a pen, then tell them they have to write a letter if they ever want to communicate with another person again.

Anyway, is anyone here one of those people who can't live without their cellphone? What makes your cellphone so special that you can't even dream of having to live without it?

Anyways, well I can't live without one, but I'm not one of those people who are constantly bustin' out their phone or texting. I only text when someone texts me and they don't have the same service as I do. Since I have 400 free texts per month, I migh take well take advantage of it when I can't call someone since they have a different cellular provider. But even then, that's rare. The only person I call regularly is my boyfriend, and that's only if we're not together.

There have been times where my cell phone died. I'm not too worried, but it sucks because usually I need to get in contact with someone in case I need a ride somewhere or need to meet up at a certain place. How can I contact them? lol.

I still write letters to people, once in a while. But it's rare since very few of my friends go to college with my anyway. :/
