I have no idea where to put this but im sure a lot of people have gotten it, sadly.
I had a program I downloaded that detected programs that were messing up but now I have it again but forgot what the program was called. Googling it isn't getting my anywhere. Anyone know what program to use to remove blue screen of death problems without wiping out the computer?

What program were you using?
Did you install any new hardware? What was the error code? (example: 0000000x50?) |

(example: 0000000x50?) i have no idea what specific program i was using. it normally happens when i'm on firefox going through the internet and sometimes not. i'm too late if i want to check what programs are running. but i guess i should read what the blue screen says then? |
