Ok, my sister tells me i should go blond since my hair is thin and have light enough hair color and eyebrows for it but whenever i see other girls who are obviously fake blonds, it doesn't look very good and even a little orange on some.
i've had highlights before but they were so straight yellow looking that people thought i was a blond and i didn't like it. then again i got it at some cheap place.

do you think if i went to a nice place [probably going to ulta] that it might be a little better?

i've only dyed my hair darker and that was 3 years ago wacko.gif
has anyone on here done it to blond?

You're gorgeous, you don't need to dye your hair! I suppose if you want to though, just get barely noticeable highlights at first, and then slowly make your way to blonde. Lots of people make huge mistakes trying to dye their hair a completely different colour all at once. Not only that, but it looks horrid after 2 weeks of showering.

i am really scared on going blond lol. my sister wanted me to years ago but i'm not the type who spends hours on her hair. i'll do that little highlights and hopefully won't be horrid streaks like my first time. i'll get a pic

& thank you blush.gif

You could get away with it if you went for a dark blonde base tone and then just highlighted it up with lighter streaks.

On a more personal note, I think blatantly fake blondes look extremely cheap!

oh i agree also but i mean i'm almost 20 and my hair looks so bland. i recently got it cut with layers but still pretty boring.

when i was 16 and got my hair done.. that's about as close as blond i ever got and i didn't feel any "funner" lol :[
