I love my MAC liners. I've always been loyal to my kohls. I've said I disliked Fluidline before, but I'm starting to like it. I also like the 24/7 liners from Urban Decay. It takes very little effort to put them on and they don't budge.
 I've only tried the Clinique kohl shaper and it's ehhh. It goes on pretty nicely, but it fades away after about an hour or two and it melts. Ick. D:Okay, anyways.. I recommend any of the kohls from MAC (You'll be sure to find the perfect color for you because of the wide range of colors) and the 24/7 liner from Urban Decay. Oh, and I've heard tons of great things about Stila's Kajal eyeliners. I haven't tried them, but they sound great! Apparently they can give you the effect of a liquid. EDIT// Why not put some concealer on the bags to make it less noticeable? EDIT 2// Fashion, anybody?
