ive wasted my money on a million eyeliners. ive been scared to buy liquid ones because im afraid itll smudge more tha regular pencil.

What all have you tried? MAC tends to be more expensive than anything else, so if you haven't already, look into Clinique. Although I find it hard to believe that you already haven't tested this out. An idea would be to go to a Nordstrom, go around the makeup counters, and ask the consultants there to test the eyeliners for you. See what you like, instead of picking and guessing at it. Hopefully, you can find what you're looking for. |
