ok so I have been swimming 5-7 hours a day for about a week. Lately my skin has been so itchy; in fact, I think I'm going to die.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this chlorine-itch |

I don't understand how you can spend quite so much time in the pool even if you are on the swim team...
But yeah. A lot of moisturizer. Moisturizing soap, lotion, and I'd recommend shampoo too, as you don't want your hair to be gross. |
