ok so I have been swimming 5-7 hours a day for about a week. Lately my skin has been so itchy; in fact, I think I'm going to die.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of this chlorine-itch |

The Chlorine is probably irritating you.
 As someone mentioned before, just make sure you take a good shower after the swim. (Use Dove soap, it'll keep your moisturized.)
