Nav links don't work Options

In this layout, the links in the navigation portion aren't clickable. The text shows, but the link property doesn't work. If I move them way over to the right, the link on the far-right becomes clickable, so it has to be the centerpiece covering it. How do I make it so that the links go through?

There's also an "About Me" part, but I didn't think the problem lay in there, so I omitted it for the sake of length.
