i think it's more common now.
all the second borns in my family have eczema and i have a few friends who have it too or someone in their family does.


i've had it since i was born. it was terrible when i was little but i didn't have it too severely. i've kind of grew out of it. but in the fall/winter my skin breaks out. it sucks cause it's really apparent on my face. my body does not have it except my inner elbows and knuckles (which sucks, i can't wear rings, because it would then draw attention to it)

for my face, i literally moisturize constantly in the winter! and i can't wear make up to hide it either since my skin will like flake and appear even more dry. so i just bear it.

i did use this one prescription ointment, i forgot what it's called but i've stopped for now. it bleached parts of my face and now i have these weird blotches. my doctor just told me to wait the winter out.

i was wondering if anyone else has it here too?

how do you treat unexpected breakouts?

what lotions/creams/prescription ointments do you use?
