So, I'm reading this book, and they say it's a good practice to get to know yourself by asking yourself some questions. I don't usually write things down, but I'll just copy the paragraph directly from the book, and you guys can participate with me:

Take the time to sit down with a piece of paper INTERNET and write the following headings. In case you think this sounds silly, bear in mind that therapists use exactly the same technique with their clients - but they charge by the hour! This therapeutic technique is called "listing".

2. Ten things that sex means to me

Be has honest and truthful as possible. Pretend this list is for your eyes only, so don't hold back - write what you really feel. When you've written your lists, read them over carefully and think about what you've written - especially if you find that you're a little surprised by some of the answers.
