Okay so I'v been picking up on a few really weird fear habbits.
 1. I have to check behind the shower curtain before using the bathroom. 2. I have to chec my closet before going to bed to make sure no one is standing in there 3. I can't stand by my bed in the dark for fearing someone is going to grab my ankle. 4. I imagine people arguing over to shoot me or not outside a dark window. 5. I can't go into the basement without searching the entire area, and still after that I feel uneasy. THOSe are my biggest fear habbits. Maybe I'm just weird and paranoid. Do you have/ever had weird fear habbits? POst them go go go!

when i go to the kitchen late at night, i try act really calm going back to my bed, but half way back i always flip out and run the rest of the way
