A person in my family has OCD and no one has ever brought it up. I don't feel safe around them especially when they are driving. They seem sniff their fingers or touch their face so many times in a row to where I swear we will crash. They do it outside the car but I don't really care or notice as much. Every time it happens I feel so embarrassed for them and sad to where I just want to scream! It's been going on since I was little but didn't know what it could be till a couple years ago.
How do you bring it up or even confront someone that they must have OCD? I just want them to get help but I think they have too much pride. ![]() |

I have OCD, and whenever my mom or friends wanna talk about it, they sit me down and talk seriously, or they politely yet casually if they have questions. Don't be abrasive. Maybe talk to you mum about it?
