Making FRIENDSECTION visible through DIV layout Options

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make just my friends and comments space visible through my DIV layout. This is where I am right now:

I would really appreciate it anyone could fill me in. Also, if I do make it visible how can I reposition it where i'd like it to go on my profile.

Make sure you haven't got a code that hides all of your bottom links or anything; sometimes they can interfere with this script.
