So I have a question- go figure eh? How many of you go to-or have seen- a therpist. Therpist, shrink whatever. And if you don't mind saying what for and/or how long...
 I just really thought about wondering how many people are in my shoes. I'll start: Yes, and for depression haha. kayyyyy go!

Um. I went to a therapist a few times.
Once when a friend of mine died in a car accident. Once for a few minutes the day after my dad died. I just couldn't take it, so I got up, I ran out the door, and I just ran. I felt WAY better after running then that therapist could have ever made me feel. Once at school when I was 6 because my friend got neck eaten by a dog. I saw my school counselor once every other week because I went to an alternative school, but she and I didn't talk. I hated her so much. |
